Virginia Blush

Virginia Blush is a sweet sugar cane-based wine made from sugar cane grown in the Ilocos region. It is fermented with apples and a tinge of rose.

The sugar cane stalks used in this wine were grown in Batac, Ilocos Norte and were aged together with apples. Fermentation takes between 6 to 12 months in temperature-controlled earthenware.
