Basi Maria is a semi-sweet sugar cane-based wine made from sugar cane grown in the hilly region of Ilocos Norte. It is fermented with cabernet sauvignon grapes and trebbiano.
Made from sugar cane stalks grown in our farm in Batac, Ilocos Norte, this beverage was aged together with the grapes between between 6 to 12 months in temperature-controlled earthenware.
ABV 12% to 15% depending on the duration of the fermentation process.
