Basi del Diablo’s Ambaristo, named after the Ilocano man who led the Basi Revolt of 1807 Saralogo Ambaristo, is light fermented sugar cane with wild berries and plum.
Aged between 6 to 12 months in temperature-controlled earthenware, this alcoholic beverage is made from ingredients grown in our farm.
ABV 12% to 15% depending on the duration of the fermentation process.
