Smoke Bar and Restaurant, one of the newest and hippest places to dine in Paoay, Ilocos Norte is partnering with Basi del Diablo Wines for a wine dinner on December the 8th, 2017.
We’d be rocking the quaint town with beautiful and incredibly delicious dishes prepared by Chef Chris Stolk and they will be paired with gorgeous wines from our cellar. If you want beer, Matthias Smit, the resident booze expert can fix you up with amazing craft beer from a local brewery.
Smoke Bar and Restaurant serves unforgettable American slab ribs. Smoked with Hickory and Mesquite wood chips to get an authentic southern US smoke flavour, these ribs are to die for and definitely a must-try on your first visit! Pair it with our bold red wine Basi Maria and you’re in for a thrilling gastronomic ride.
For dessert, you can enjoy a perfectly balanced Calamansi square paired with our medium bodied dessert wine Ambaristo or enjoy an explosive treat with a glass of Basi Puro and delicious bites of Smoke’s signature spice cake.
