Basi del Diablo Wines will be hosting French Night with Smoke Bar and Restaurant on November 1st, 2019. Chef Chris Stolk will be serving Boullabaisse with Basidina, Steak Tartare & Rack of Lamb with Juniper Berries paired with Basi Maria, and Clafoutis with Basi del Diablo’s sweet red wine Ambaristo.
“The chef is one of the best in the region so you can be sure that French Night at Smoke on the 1st will be another gastronomic event to remember. Chris sets the bar when it comes to these things. We are very excited,” Sigrid Salucop, the resident winemaker of the Basi del Diablo brand says.
French Night at Smoke will be held at Smoke Bar and Restaurant in Paoay, Ilocos Norte on November 1st. The chef and his friendly personnel will start serving guests at 7 in the evening. The whole set costs P1,500 per person.
